Learning and assessment systems

Organizations that teach, train or assess people commission us to build the systems that make it work: platforms learners want to return to, assessments that hold up to scrutiny, and the software that runs inside a workshop or programme.

We design the mechanics together with your subject experts and develop the platform around them. The learning design and the assessment criteria stay yours; the system that carries them faithfully is ours to build.

The drawings on this page describe each capability in schematic form. They are not product screens.

Gamified learning platforms

Progression, feedback and challenge designed so people keep going.

We build gamified learning platforms that treat a programme as a journey: stages that unlock, activities with clear feedback, progress that is visible to the learner and to the people guiding them. The mechanics are chosen for your audience and your learning goals, and they stay in the service of the content.

We develop the platform as a web application that works on desktop and mobile, with roles for learners, facilitators and administrators, and with reporting that shows where a cohort is and where it needs attention.

Typically includes

  • Programme structure with stages, unlocks and milestones
  • Activity types: cases, quizzes, reflections, team tasks, submissions
  • Learner progress views and facilitator views of the cohort
  • Feedback and review workflows for submitted work
  • Cohort management, roles and permissions
  • Reporting exports for your own records

Customized AI gamification

Game mechanics and AI-driven adaptation built for your audience.

Where a standard course structure is not enough, we design custom mechanics: scenarios that branch on a participant’s choices, challenges that adapt to how someone is doing, narrative framing that fits your brand and your audience. AI models can generate variations, personalize feedback and keep a scenario responsive without your content team writing every path by hand.

Every adaptive element is bounded and reviewable. You decide where the model may vary the experience and where the content is fixed, and facilitators can always see what each participant was shown.

Typically includes

  • Branching scenarios and adaptive challenge levels
  • AI-generated variations and personalized feedback within set bounds
  • Narrative and theme design matched to your audience
  • Team play, live events and time-boxed rounds
  • Review tools so facilitators see what participants saw
  • Content authoring your own team can maintain

Executive assessment systems

Web-based assessment with structured criteria, timed cases and assessor views.

Assessment providers and leadership programmes commission systems that present cases, collect responses under controlled conditions and give assessors a clear place to evaluate against criteria. We develop the full flow: participant onboarding, timed sessions with autosave, assessor queues, calibration between assessors and reporting.

The assessment design and criteria stay yours. We build the system that carries them faithfully, keeps every response traceable and makes the assessor’s work consistent from the first participant to the last.

Typically includes

  • Timed case sessions with autosave and resume
  • Participant, assessor and administrator roles
  • Criterion-based scoring with calibration support
  • Reports per participant and per cohort
  • Audit trail of every submission and score
  • Data handling that follows your retention requirements

Software integrated into training

Facilitator tools, participant interfaces and live activities for workshops and programmes.

Training works best when the software is part of the room. We develop tools that run inside a session: facilitator controls on one screen and the audience view on another, live polls and group tasks, timed activities, material that appears exactly when the facilitator needs it.

These tools are built for the realities of a workshop: unreliable venue networks, mixed devices, and a facilitator who has to stay with the group rather than with a laptop.

Typically includes

  • Facilitator console with a separate audience display
  • Participant interfaces for phones and laptops
  • Live activities: polls, group tasks, timed rounds
  • Offline-tolerant behaviour for venue networks
  • Session materials, scripts and timing built in
  • Follow-up materials generated from the session

Practical AI training and adoption

Hands-on sessions and adoption support that give teams working habits with AI.

We train teams to use AI tools on their own documents and tasks: writing prompts that hold up, checking output critically, handling confidential material carefully, and knowing when a model is the wrong tool. Sessions are practical, run on your real work, and leave people with habits rather than slides.

Adoption support continues after the session. We help you choose tools, set guidelines and build the small automations that make the habits stick. Delivered in English or Hellenic, in person or remotely.

Typically includes

  • Sessions tailored to your team’s actual documents and tasks
  • Prompting, evaluation and verification practice
  • Guidelines for confidential and personal data
  • Tool selection and setup for your environment
  • Follow-up clinics as the team’s use matures
  • Training combined with a platform or software build

Who commissions this

  • Learning and assessment providers
  • Leadership and executive development programmes
  • Consultancies that run workshops and programmes
  • Companies that need to engage or train an audience

What you receive

Every engagement ends with a handover, not a dependency.

  • Source code and build instructions
  • Documentation for users and for whoever maintains it
  • Design files and the content structure
  • A record of decisions and how the system was built
  • Accounts and infrastructure in your name
  • Training for your team, when you want it
